Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Services to violate laws or infringe intellectual property rights.
• Do not attempt to access or tamper with systems or data that are not intended for you.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Services or APIs.
• Follow all Roblox platform rules when using the plugin and AI tools.

AI Features

The Services may generate or modify code using AI models. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before deployment. Mercury Theads, LLC does not guarantee that AI-generated output will be error-free. You agree that AI providers may process prompts and related data to deliver the Services.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans and credits are billed in advance through Stripe. Pricing, renewal terms, and any free trials will be disclosed at checkout. Refunds may be granted at our discretion for purchases made in the United States, unless otherwise required by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a harmful way. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mercury Theads, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice via the Services or by email.
